Elizabeth Pergam instructs in American Fine and Decorative Art / Art Business at Sotehby's. She studied art history undergraduate at Yale University before receiving a Master's degree at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London and her doctorate from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University. She has held curatorial and research positions as the Huntington Library Art Collection, the National Gallery of Art, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Each year, the Association sponsors the IFPDA Print Fair in New York City, the largest and most celebrated art fair dedicated to fine prints. Through its Programs, the IFPDA presents lectures and symposia about prints and printmaking from its origins to contemporary practice.
